Penrose Hospitality is headed up by Jane Pendlebury who is a successful and well known personality within the worldwide hospitality arena. Jane is also a founding partner in Penrose Partnership.

Jane has excelled in helping hospitality companies launch into the UK and Europe. She has worked with smaller start-up organisations as well as larger global companies ranging from technology suppliers who have found success overseas, to more locally based companies wanted to break into the hospitality market in the UK and Europe. Her understanding of the business, coupled with connections built up over 25 years enables her to assist companies with their strategy and to deliver results professionally.

Jane’s specialist area is hotels, and has much experience in conference centres and restaurants. She has a proven track record on making significant impact on revenue growth and profitability.

Jane is currently running the Membership and Events office for HOSPA (Hospitality Professionals Association) , and association she has been involved with for over six years.

Prior to setting up Penrose Jane was Vice President of an American software house – providing solutions for hotels, cruise ships, arenas and stadiums where she fine-tuned her skills in management of all aspects of a company including financial, sales, marketing, sponsorship and partnerships, customer care and people management.
